So they go to city hall and he thinks he found it, problem is that it's the property that Roth's hotel is on. He tells Roth who checks it out and learns it's true and tries to come some sort of agreement with the nun but she has her own plans. Later someone takes a shot at her and Nelson assumes it's Roth. What no one doesn't know is that someone is worried about the nun's plans for the hotel.
