Undateable Cancelled At NBC

NBC has cancelled Undateable after three seasons. The comedy was a modest performer for the network over the course of its run.
After a late-Season 2 live episode was met with a warm reception, the decision was made to switch to an all-live format for the duration of Season 3 - a rarity for broadcast scripted comedy. But the format change didn't do much to offset a move to Friday nights, which unfortunately didn't do much help its fortunes, leaving the show struggling to find an audience.

NBC has renewed Undateable for a third season. The sophomore comedy has been a decent performer for the network in its midseason spot. Taking a cue from last week's live episode, the show will be airing all Season 3 episodes live as well - a rarity for prime time comedies.

NBC Renews 'Undateable' For Season Two

Undateable follows the “Undateables”, a group of friends who are this close to finding a relationship, they just need a little help. That help arrives in the form of the confident and atrractive Danny Burton, who forever changes the lives of the “Undateables”. Across all 13 episodes of Season One, the series averaged 3 million viewers and a 1.1 rating in A18-49 demo, making it one of NBC’s few success stories this Summer. The network has ordered 10 episode for season two, which is expected to premiere next season.
