Full Recap
At the season four opening, we see Sookie and Claudine arriving at mystical land of fairies. This glowing new world centered around a magic tree, appears to be fulfilled with magic and harmony called Fae Realm. Claudine tells Sookie that she is her fairy godmother. For years, she has been protecting Sookie from all kinds of danger and saving her life.

Sookie is introduced to several fairies and to her pleasure she already knew some of them. She sees Barry, a porter from the Hotel Carmilla (she met him for the first time in season two, during investigation of Godric's disapperiance). As she starts talking to him, a fairy offers them Lumiere, a delicious light-fruit. Sookie looks around and realizes that all other new-comer fairies are enjoying glowing magical fruit. She was a bit suspicious, but she forgot about fruit as soon as she spotted her grandfather, Earl Stackhouse.
