One year after the events of the final episode of "The Good Wife." an enormous financial scam has destroyed the reputation of a young lawyer, Maia, while simultaneously wiping out her mentor Diane Lockhart’s savings. Forced out of Lockhart/Lee, they join Lucca Quinn at one of Chicago's top law firms. We also know that Maia hails from one of Chicago's preeminent families, and Diane will be clashing with a rival attorney.

CBS announced today that The Good Fight has been renewed for a third season on its 'All Access' streaming service. The Good Wife spin-off, which has four episodes remaining in its sophomore run, has continued to garner rave reviews for its engaging and thought-provoking storylines which often mirror current real-world events and societal issues.
Created by The Good Wife's Robert and Michelle King, The Good Fight takes place one year after the events of the original series. While most main characters were not carried over, the story continued to follow Diane Lockhart, who has come out of retirement to join a preeminent Chicago law firm along with Lucca Quinn. Other supporting characters from The Good Wife also make occasional appearances.
