Deep in the heart of Louisiana lies America's largest swamp where nature rules and humans struggle to tame it. Many of its inhabitants are the descendants of French refugees who were forced out of Canada in the 18th century and settled in this harsh environment. Today, these people are known as the Cajuns, a group known for their flavorful cuisine, distinctive music and vibrant culture.
Last season, Terral made the honorable decision of looking after his ailing mother, rather than filling his tags and accomplishing his goal of ridding Honey Island of its menacing gator problem. This season, Terral’s mother is in good health and he’s committed to finishing what he started.
