A sheriff arrests a family, a couple, and a famous writer all of whom appear to be drug runners (or are they?). They are all jailed in the cells in the deserted town of Desperation. They must fight for their freedom not to mention their lives. (Characters are shown in order of appearance. Running time excludes commercials)
