The show's format was usually that the Hosts Lisa and Ty would take a seat, drink coffee and discuss current topics such as the world of soap operas; TV in general, movies, celebrities, and their own lives. Then a soap star would come out and give an interview. Other items included interviews with Chefs, Fashion, Skin and Heath care experts.
