For better or worse Seal Team is back for another season of angst, and I am again ready to give up all hopes of reality creeping into an episode. The location shots for this first episode were gorgeous! It was nice to see the city from a few different views.
OK, Starting off, we have Jason doing a voice over thoughout the episode. He sounds like he's ready for a breakdown... again. Not sleeping, can't concentrate (unless, according to him, he is in the middle of the action). I wonder if maybe we will find as the season unfolds that he is in a hospital bed, injured, perhaps in a coma, just reliving the events that put him there?
My nitpicks are:
At the end of the last season, the team was on the block to be dismantled, which I would have loved to see happen, and here I'm looking straight at Jason and Ray. But....Nope, they are all back together, including Mandy who was forever moved to a room without a view in DC. I do like Lisa, and I'm glad she came straight back to the team after her training, unfortunately setting her and Sonny up for relationship problems. Clay is back too, with no sign of an old injury!
