On the night he arrives, she gets an unexpected surprise when she learns he has been dating Gail, a lawyer from the Other Realm. When they all go to a nearby ice cream parlor Sabrina starts acting extremely hostile to Gail, Hilda and Zelda tell her to give her dad’s girlfriend a chance. It is at this point when asking Gail if she could see herself getting married to her father that Sabrina inadvertently breaks up the happy couple. Upon seeing how sad her father is after that, Sabrina seeks out Gail to bring her back to the Spellman home so they can make up.
