Rugrats is a show about 4 babies, Tommy Pickles, Chuckie Finster, and Phil and Lil Deville. As we see their lives unravel, we get to hear them talk. On the sidelines, there is Tommy's mean cousin Angelica, their friend, Susie Carmichael, and everybody's parents.

Character Bio
Tommy, Dil and Angelica's grandfather and Stu and Drew's father. Lived with Stu's family for the majority of the series and often babysat the children. He is mostly seen sitting in front of the television as the kids wait for him to fall asleep, which never takes long.
