Widower; Chuckie's father, from whom he inherited his adenoidal whine. Is a bureaucrat. Married Kira in the second Rugrats movie. Kimi's stepfather. Runs the Java Lava Coffee House with Betty. Stu's best friend since childhood, similar to Tommy and Chuckie's friendship.
