SundanceTV announced today at the TCA press tour that Rectify will be concluding its run. The original drama was renewed for a fourth season in the summer, but today is the first word that the series will be ending.
No premiere date has been set for Rectify's final run at this time, but a return in spring or summer appears likely.

SundanceTV Renews 'Rectify' For A Third Season
SundanceTV has renewed their critically acclaimed original series Rectify for a third season. The AMC Networks owned cable network has ordered a third season of the southern drama, which was Sundance’s first wholly owned original scripted series. The renewal comes ahead of the second season finale on August 21st at 9/8c. The show’s third season, which is once again expected to consist of 10 episodes, will air in 2015.

In the new episodes, Daniel starts to become an active participant in his life, making decisions and thinking about the future as he struggles to find meaning in a dangerous and unpredictable world.
