Juggling a new relationship, parental responsibilities, friendship and a sick brother while earning a living would be difficult for anyone but it's particularly difficult when you're a hitman. Ray Shoesmith "takes care of people" - collecting debts, relieving them of drugs and guns, and often taking care of them on a permanent basis. Ray demands respect and does not tolerate anyone who doesn't live up to his very strong and very clear code of ethics.
FX has picked up Australian drama Mr Inbetween for Season 2. The good news comes on the heels of a successful freshman run that aired six episodes over the course of just three weeks.
Reception was overall positive across the board, with both audiences and critics singing its praises. Across the cable network's linear and non-linear platforms, the series averaged over 2 million viewers.
Mr Inbetween follows Ray Shoesmith, a divorced father with anger issues. He does his best to raise his daughter while having a personal life, all while working as a criminal-for-hire.
Look for Season 2 in 2019.
