Mighty Mouse was first introduced to tv audiences in 1955. The story is about a humble mouse who ate a piece of Supermarket Super Cheese and was transformed into Mighty Mouse who flew and deflected bullets off his chest. When coming to the rescue, he entered the scene by singing "Here I come to save the day!" The villain Oil Can Harry often threatened Mighty's girlfriend Pearl Pureheart.
