'Merry Happy Whatever' Cancelled At Netflix



Christmas is cancelled at the Quinn household. Word is out that Netflix will not be ordering a second season of Merry Happy Whatever. Series creator Tucker Cawley posted the sad news on his social media channels, expressing his gratitude towards the show's cast, crew, and fans.
The holiday-themed comedy premiered on the streaming service in late November, airing a total of eight episodes that garnered generally mixed reviews. Taking place at the Quinn household in Philadelphia, the show followed patriarch Don, a strong-minded father trying to balance the stress of the holiday season with the demands of his close-knit family. When his youngest daughter arrives home from Los Angeles with a new boyfriend, Don's patience is put to the test as the family prepares for Christmas.
