MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace teams up with Michelin starred chef Michel Roux Jr to host yet another spin off of the culinary challenge. This time, however, the bar has been raised as the hunt commences for a professional chef instead of the usual amateur hopefuls. Thirty-six experienced chefs are invited to show they have the skills, commitment, palette and style to make it to Michelin standard.
