In this spin off of Happy Days, newlyweds Al and Louisa Delvecchio move to Chicago from Milwaukee and open a family restaurant. With them is Louisa's son, Chachi Arcola. His girlfriend, Joanie Cunningham, spends the summer in Chicago to be with Chachi and, eventually, moves there to attend Northwestern University.
