Character Bio
We first get to know Jackson Belleville as the produce supplier for the Independence Inn. As such, he would frequently get into fights about the quality of the vegetables with Sookie. They eventually start to date and get married. Jackson also runs successfully as town selectman at some point, replacing Taylor for some time. At some point Taylor seems to return to this post, however.
Jackson and Sookie's first date was a double date with Lorelai with Jackson's cousin Rune, which was a success for Jackson and Sookie, and less for for Lorelai and Rune.
