The star of the series is Garfield, a lazy feline whose only desires in life were lasanga, catnaps and kicking his hapless canine companion, Odie, off the table. The show also starred Garfields hopelessly-single owner, Jon Arbuckle. Each episode is divided into stories about either Garfield and Odie, or Orson the Pig and the trouble they get into.
