Episodes Ending After Season 5.
It's official: Showtime's Matt LeBlanc comedy Episodes will end with season five.The premium cable network announced that the series will begin production on its final seven episodes next week, with co-creator Jeffrey Klarik directing all of them as the series will wrap its run in 2017.
“Showtime has been the opposite of every network we write about. If it were up to them we could go on making Episodes forever. But we’ve told the story we set out to tell and we'd never want to outstay our welcome."

Episodes Renewed For Season 5

Showtime announced today that Episodes has been renewed for a fifth season. Nine new half-hour episodes of the veteran comedy have been ordered, with production scheduled to commence in 2016.

BBC Two Sets UK Premiere Date For 'Episodes' Season Three
The third season of the BBC/Showtime co-production Episodes will receive its UK premiere on BBC Two on Wednesday May 14th at 10pm, it has been announced. In the first episode of season three Matt continues to fight for custody of his children, trying to convince his ex-wife to forgive him for sleeping with his stalker. Elsewhere, Sean and Beverly get back together and Carol’s ambitions at the network are dealt a cruel blow.

'Episodes' Renewed For A Fourth Season
Four weeks ahead of its Season Three premiere, Showtime’s Episodes has already been renewed for a fourth season, the pay cabler announced on Wednesday. Production on Season Four, which like the previous two cycles will run nine episodes, will commence in 2014.
