'Chicago Fire' Renewed Through Season 11
NBC announced today that Chicago Fire has been given a three-season pickup, which will take it to at least Season 11. The original entry in the Chicago franchise continues to be a strong performer in the network's primetime lineup.
On the air since 2012, Chicago Fire is NBC's second-longest-running drama currently on the air. Its success paved the way for three spin-offs over the years, and while 2017's Chicago Justice lasted just one season, Chicago P.D. and Chicago Med have remained strong.
Chicago Fire follows the courageous men and women at Firehouse 51, home to noble firefighters and paramedics who look fear in the eye and forge headfirst into dangerous situations in order to help those in need. The series will hit the 175-episode mark next week.
