When Harley Carter was a teenager, he experienced 15 minutes of fame when he solved the mystery of a serial killer plaguing his small town. After an embarrassing public meltdown in Hollywood, Harley returns to his hometown to take a break but finds that he can’t leave solving mysteries behind. Character Bio
A well-preserved woman in her mid-50s, Grace is a red-hot politician, the mayor of Bishop and Harley Carter’s biggest fan. Sort of. She’s more a fan of having one of the world’s most recognizable faces living in Bishop and sees the value in promoting Harley as a walking, talking tourist attraction. Grace is charming and can be manipulative when she needs something - but is actually quite a lovely woman who doesn’t make the best personal choices. She’s strong-armed the police chief into recognizing the publicity advantages of having Harley help the police solve crimes and he eventually has to admit that it was a fantastic decision on her part.
