After the death of her husband, Norma Bates buys a motel in the picturesque coastal town of White Pine Bay, giving herself and her son Norman a chance to begin anew. I think, it would make more sense that it was his brother's. It does not seem logic storywise to be Keith's because it wasn't reveal until now... why so much time has passed, and why it is now that it is most important to show? It shows that Norman definitely has some secrets, but what will his secrets lead to?
