Each week four contestants are given $5,000 to be used as a side bet (min. $1,000 staked) on a rack of 9 ball pool. They may also make bets with other contestants for any amount on any aspect of the rack in progress (which has to be accepted to count) and can include a rack they are playing in. The winner is the contestant with the most money at the end of the show.
