Backyard Oil follows the fortunes of the most boot-strappin’ oil men in all of Appalachia – Jimmy Reliford, and his sidekick Mad Dog; greasy ol’ polecat Coomer -- who’s raking $300K per month thanks to an oil strike in his backyard; Rascal, who uses a set of brass rods to dowse for oil; and the Page Boys, a father-son team who bicker about everything...except finding that sweet crude!
