As Chief Executive Officer of ISIS, Malory Archer governs her employees with harsh criticism, raw commentary and belligerent vilification - and almost always with a drink in one hand. Malory is Sterling's mother and enjoys a romantic life via the telephone. A former spy herself, Malory was usually an unavailable working mother when her son was growing up.
