Sean Blowers (born 12 January 1961 in Middlesbrough) is a British actor. He is well known for playing John Hallam in London's Burning from 1988 to 1996 and he has also been in The Bill, A Touch of Frost, Dalziel and Pascoe, Heartbeat, New Tricks, Staying Alive, Crossroads, Doctor Who and has appeared in The Krays, The Living Daylights and First Knight.
Sean now runs his own production company called Black and White Pictures which he runs with Joy Mellins. Black and White Pictures has been running since 1999.

  • Previously a stagehand at the Wolsley Theatre, Ipswich, he made his acting debut on stage as a six-foot yellow chicken.
  • He owns production company 'Black and White Pictures' that specializes in short film production.
  • Claimed in a TV interview that filming on London's Burning was actually harder work, and more dangerous than actual firefighting was.
  • For four years during the filming of London's Burning, he shared a flat with James Hazeldine in London.
