David Hemblen is a London, English-born actor who frequently works in Canadian film, television and theater. He voiced Magneto on the popular show X-Men: The Animated Series. Frequently appears in the films of director Atom Egoyan. Also had parts in Witchblade,The Outer Limits,The Twilight Zone, Forever Knight, Counterstrike, and Earth: Final Conflict.
