ok...Wang, be more specific. Did u try using VLC, im sure u probably have and i believe this is probably a corrupted file if this is an isolated case. why dont u try dl Media Player Classic, whenever i cant play something with VLC it usually works on that player. Give it a try and tell me the results.
You might want to check out the K-lite codec pack over at free-codecs.com, might just me missing that audio one.
I owuld totally recommend you try VLC player or download and install a codec pack like Vista codec pack...

Another thing to check is the knob on your speaker. Turn to the right to increase volume...lol(just joking) keeping it light
