In a magical, warm yet utterly dramatic series, a selection of the nation's best amateur bakers will compete in a series of themed challenges and eliminations as they look to be crowned America's Best Amateur Baker.
ABC removed The Great American Baking Show from its schedule today after recent allegations against one of its judges. Johnny Iuzzini is being accused of multiple instances of sexual harassment, resulting in the network ending all its associations with him.
The show had just premiered its third season last week, with only one episode having aired to-date. ABC has stated that no further episodes will air this season, with the winner to be announced at a later date.
Iuzzini was the only judge who had been with the show since the beginning. He has previously appeared on other food-themed series such as Top Chef: Just Desserts as the head judge, and Cutthroat Kitchen as a contestant. He denies the allegations against him.
