SCORPION, inspired by a true story, is a high-octane drama about eccentric genius Walter O’Brien and his team of brilliant misfits who comprise the last line of defense against complex, high-tech threats of the modern age. As Homeland Security’s new think tank, O’Brien’s “Scorpion” team includes Toby Curtis, an expert behaviorist who can read anyone; Happy Quinn, a mechanical prodigy; and Sylvester Dodd, a statistics guru.
Team Scorpion heads to the bayou to track down a cagey alligator in order to stop a deadly mosquito-borne virus, and Paige teaches Walter the concept of the "white lie." Also, Walter hits Cabe with a tranquilizer gun and Toby must save his life, and
CBS announced today that Scorpion has been renewed for a fourth season. The action drama, which follows a group of geniuses helping to solve high-priority crimes, has remained a reliable performer on Monday nights. While the show's ratings saw a dip this season that coincided with a move to the 10:00pm time slot, it still is drawing consistent and respectable numbers.
Look for Season 4 of Scorpion this fall.
