A contractor learns that parenting his three young children may be the most difficult job he’s ever had. When Adam’s wife goes back to work, he’s overwhelmed by his new responsibilities at home, but with the encouragement of his wife and a few equally stressed-out parents, Adam regroups, lays down the law and starts figuring out his new world order.
CBS announced today that Man With A Plan has been renewed for a second season. The freshman comedy, which premiered last fall, stars Matt LeBlanc in his first return to network television since his career-making turn as Joey Tribbiani on Friends and its subsequent spin-off Joey. The series is off to a solid start in its debut run, where it has established itself as a reliable performer on Monday nights.
Man With A Plan stars LeBlanc as a married man with three young children. His work as a contractor has seen his wife taking on most of the child-rearing responsibilities, but when she decides to go back to work, Adam has to adjust to his new role as a stay-at-home dad.
Look for Season 2 to premiere as part of the network's 2017-2018 lineup this fall.
