Episode Quotes

Detective Olivia Benson: Who were you out with Monday night?
Henry: Just a boy.
Ellen Van Kuren: A boy? Hailey, you're gay?
Henry: You still don't get it, mom, I'm a GIRL! I'm SUPPOSED to like boys.
Henry: What would you do? If your son came home in a dress, would you still love him?
Detective Elliot Stabler: I would try to understand. It would be hard and I'd probably make a lot of mistakes. But I'd never stop loving him.
Ellen Van Kuren: [to Elliot and Olivia about 'Hailey'] When she was 10 she drank bleach and she almost died. I realized then if I didn't let her be herself, I'd lose her completely.

  • Goof (revealing mistake): In one scene, Haley's pendant can be read as "Stephanie".
  • Goof (continuity error): Sid is sitting when Benson and Stabler are finished talking with him. When they turn and are walking away, you can see Sid is now standing with no chair behind him.
  • Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): In one scene Stabler refers the Hayley as "Chelsea".

  • SPOILER: Alex Kingston's name, Miranda Pond, is a reflection of the name of her character in the BBC sci-fi show, Dr. Who. She played a character named River Song, a name which was a translation of her birth name, Melody Pond.
  • Daniela Sea who played "Blake," a transgender character, also played a transgender character on the Showtime series "The L Word."
