16 of the country’s most skilled tattoo artists compete for $100K and the title of Ink Master when Spike’s top rated tattoo competition returns for its second season. ‘Living Canvasses’ are permanently marked in a series of extreme challenges that push the contestants to their limit, in this high-stakes elimination competition. Are you the next Ink Master?
The Competition is fierce and the Masters must coach their team in season 10's first Flash Challenge, testing fundamentals. Some artists find their way in the Elimination Tattoo, but one hits a dead end and is sent packing.
Spike TV announced today that Ink Master has been renewed for a tenth season. The long-running tattoo competition series, now at over 100 episodes, has continued to be a strong performer for the cable network.
Along with the Season 10 pickup, Spike also announced a new one-hour special titled Ink Master Angels, which will feature four of the top female competitors from Season 8 going head-to-head with some of the country's most talented tattoo artists in a series of challenges.
The network has ordered 16 new episodes for Season 10 of Ink Master, which is slated to enter production later this year for a premiere in 2018. Ink Master Angels will air sometime in 2017.
Ahead of Season 10, look for Season 9 of Ink Master to premiere this June.
