Series Fun Facts
- The surname of Wicket W. Warrick is presumably a reference to Warwick Davis. who played the character in Star Wars: Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.
- Throughout the series, the Ewoks often utter the word "Dengar." Dengar was the name of one of the bounty hunters who hunted for Han Solo in Star Wars: Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
- It has been estimated that each hour-long pair of Droids and Ewoks episodes cost between $500,000 and $600,000 to produce. This made them one of the most expensive animated series of the 1980s.
