[show]Goof (factual errors): Richie's mom Connie, a caterer, takes a job as the cook at Camp Rock because "business is slow in the summer." There's something wrong in this. In weddings alone, summer (May through October, actually) is when caterers are in peek demand. Connie's statement would infer that either public interests naturally incline toward winter weddings or that highly atypical and undisclosed circumstances prevent her business from tapping into the most lucrative part of the year.
- Goof (continuity error): In the first scene where Mitchie is singing and playing in her room, the hand that runs down the keyboard is obviously the hand of a much older person.
- Goof (factual errors): While getting ready for a party, the girls are blowing up balloons. The balloons look like they are filled with helium, but the girls are blowing them up by mouth.
